Jin Jun Mei literally means "golden horses eyebrow". It is made from tea young buds grown at an elevation of 1500 meters above sea level harvested Pre Qing Ming in early March. It is then fully oxidized and then smoked to produce a tea that has a sweet, fruity, and flowery flavor with a long-lasting sweet after-taste. The picking standard for Jin Jum Mei is very strict. 100 grams of Jin Jun Mei is made from more than 10,000 buds.
